Overview

Dr. Jaspal Singh has done his Doctorate of Philosophy in Chemistry from Gurukula Kangri (Deemed to be University), Haridwar. Dr. Singh is a double post graduate; M.Sc. Chemistry from IIT, Roorkee, Uttrakhand, India and M.E. in Polymer Chemistry from Delhi Technological University, Delhi. He is engaged in research work related to chemical kinetics, Dendrimer, polymer science and Nanometerials. He is recipient of GATE 96, GATE 98, NET (UGC-CSIR) 2000. He has over 17 years of research/academic experience, over 62 publications in reputed international/national peer-reviewed scientific journals and supervised 7 successful Ph.D’s. Dr. Jaspal has authored 3 books and edited three book namely,Hazardous Gases: Risk Assessment on the Environment and Health Hazards, Elsevier ELS USA (Elsevier Inc - US), Hazardous Chemicals:Overview, Toxicological Profile, Challenges, and Future Perspectives, Elsevier ELS USA (Elsevier Inc - US), and Handbook of Nutri-cereals: starch isolation, modifications, and food applications, Springer Nature credited for his research work and some book chapters which are published at international level. Dr. Singh has visited several research laboratories and industry. He has chaired various technical sessions, organized several conferences, delivered invited talks and presented more than 60 research papers in national/international conferences.
