Dr. Poonam Painuly is a seasoned academician and researcher with over 27 years of teaching experience and 7 years of industrial experience in the field of Management Studies. She is currently serving as Senior Assistant Professor (Stage 3) at the Department of Management Studies, Kanya Gurukul Campus, Dehradun. Her expertise lies in Marketing Management with significant contributions through research publications, conferences, and academic supervision. She has published 33 research papers, coordinated multiple workshops and webinars, and successfully guided Ph.D. scholars in their research work.
