Overview

A distinguished academician, researcher, and visionary leader with over three decades of excellence in teaching, administration, and research. Currently serving as Head and Dean in Faculty of Management Studies and Professor in the Department of management Stuides at Gurukula Kangri (Deemed to be University), Haridwar, specializing in Human Resource Management and General Management. With 85+ national and international research publications, 21 book chapters, 94 conference presentations, and supervision of 23 Ph.D. scholars, I made significant contributions to academic scholarship. My leadership, dedication to knowledge creation, and passion for mentoring future leaders have earned national and international recognition, making a source of inspiration in higher education.
